NOTE: This policy DOES NOT cover purchases made in-store. All items purchased in-store are final and no returns will be accepted.
Returns

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Condition: All returned items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with original tags and packaging intact.
Exchange Policy
If you need a different size, color, or style, we offer free exchanges for eligible items. Please contact us to initiate the process.
Return Process

We’ll provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions.

Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your return.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the United States only (including Alaska and Hawaii). Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Times

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Lost or Delayed Shipments

For lost shipments marked as delivered by the carrier, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist you in filing a claim.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipping (additional shipping charges may apply).
