How do I sign up for a membership?

Can I try the gym before committing to a membership?

  • Yes! We offer free guest passes for first-time visitors. Click here to claim your pass.

Do you offer student, military, or senior discounts?

Can I bring a guest with me?

  • Depending on your membership type, guest privileges may be included. Check your membership agreement or visit your gy location for details.

 

Billing & Payments

How do I update my billing information?

  • You can update your payment details by logging into the Gold's Gym DC Metro App, your MyiClub online account or visiting the front desk at your gym location.

When will I be billed for my membership?

  • Billing dates vary based on your membership type. Check your membership agreement or contact your club for specific details.

Are there any additional fees?

  • Most memberships have an annual fee. This fee helps maintain equipment and facilities. Review your contract for specific rates and details.

 

Membership Changes & Cancellations

How do I freeze my membership?

  • If you need to pause your membership for medical or travel reasons, you may request a temporary freeze by visiting your local gym, emailing or calling our support team. Fees may apply.

How do I cancel my membership online?

  • You can request to cancel your membership by using the following options:

    • Email:  customercare@abcfitness.com 

    • Or Call ABC Financial at 1-888-827-9262

    • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your cancellation is processed.

  • For assistance, contact customer support or visit your local gym. Cancellation policies vary by membership type, so please review your contract for details.

Can I transfer my membership to another person?

  • Memberships are non-transferable.

Can I switch to a different membership plan?

  • Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your membership by visiting the front desk at your location.

Facilities & Services

What are the gym hours?

  • Our gym hours across all locations are Monday - Thursday: 5AM-11PM, Friday: 5AM-10PM, Saturday - Sunday: 7AM-7PM

Do you offer personal training?

  • Yes! We offer one-on-one personal training and group sessions. Visit your local gym for details and pricing.

What classes do you offer?

  • We offer a variety of group fitness classes, including yoga, HIIT, cycling, and strength training. View the class schedule for your location here.

Is there childcare available?

  • A few of our locations offer Kids Club services. Availability and pricing vary by location. Contact your gym for details.

Do you have locker rooms and showers?

  • Yes! All locations have locker rooms, showers, and changing areas for your convenience.
